With the Nauli Kriya level, you will learn how to do this exercise step by step. It takes a long time to build up the internal muscle control that you need to perform the rolling action. The first step is to activate and maintain Uddiyana Bandha. Next try Uddiyana Bandha contractions, which involves an up and down pumping action of the stomach.
After a few months of practicing Uddiyana Bandha daily (or less), you may begin to build the strength towards Nauli, the rolling of the abdominal muscles in a circular motion. For each step, you will be offered a recommended set of exercises, the performance of which also can be tracked on the Activities tab.
